This design enables you to customize the mattress by unzipping the top cover and rearranging the various foam layers, resulting in a significant difference in comfort, firmness and overall feel. With the three foams labeled as A, B and C, the mattress offers the possibility of achieving six different feels, comfort and support for the soft side.

For the soft side of the Sleeping Puppy Luxury mattress, you have the option to choose any three foams out of four and arrange them in different orders, and select your preferred cover from two options, allowing you to achieve your ideal firmness.

The Sleeping Puppy Mattress comes with a 10-year warranty that covers:

Body impressions or visible indentation or sag in the mattress surface (greater than 3.5 cm) when no weight is applied.

If the mattress is shorter than the Australian standard in any one direction by more than 5cm (measured from tape to tape).

If the mattress fails to fully inflate after 60 days of regular use.

Please be aware that a slight level of sagging (less than 3.5cm) is expected with a new mattress, as the foam materials used tend to soften slightly over time. The warranty is also void if the mattress is used on incorrect bed bases, such as flexi slats, sprung slats, or adjustable bed bases. Ensure that slats are no more than 6cm apart for proper support.

You can swap layers as often as you like until you find the right firmness level. However, please note that we will only provide each specific firmness level once, and you are expected to retain all additional layers we send you.

If you’ve requested a different firmness layer, it may take up to three weeks to arrive, depending on your location.

Sleeping Puppy Mattress can withstand a total weight of 400kg.

Cardboard boxes can be recycled in your normal curb-side recycling. As for the plastic, it’s best to check with your local council if they accept "LDPE 4" in your regular plastic recycling. If not, you can deposit them at any REDcycle drop-off point, usually located near Coles or Woolworths.

Be sure to wash cold, on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent, and then line dry or tumble dry. The quilted cover for Sleeping Puppy Luxury can be spot cleaned like traditional mattresses.

Rotating the mattress 180 degrees every few months allows for even weight dispersion and increases the mattress's longevity. You can flip the mattress as it's designed double-sided if you prefer a different firmness.

The mattress will take about 72 hours to fully inflate. You'll be able to sleep on it within 3 hours of opening the mattress. Using the mattress during this time will not affect the inflation process in any way; in fact, regular use will help it recover its shape more quickly.

Changing configurations is simple. Just unzip the top layer and rearrange the covers and the different foams according to your preference.

By default configuration, the soft side of SP Luxury model has a firmness rating of 3.5 out of 10, with 10 being the firmest, and the firm side has a rating of 6.5/10.

The SP Classic model has a firmness rating of 6/10 for the soft side, and a 7.5/10 for the firm side.

However, the firmness levels of Sleeping Puppy Mattresses can be adjusted according to your preference. Check the specific instructions for each mattress model to find the ideal firmness level for you.

Sleeping Puppy mattresses can be used on any flat, solid surface that allows for air circulation. Please ensure that the slats on your base are no more than 6cm apart for proper support. Note that they are not suitable for flexi slat, sprung slat, or adjustable bed bases.
